  Exiting news! We’ve given our fotofinish site an update, and it’s now even faster and easier to order your photos and personalised photo gifts.

 

Here’s everything you need to know:

 

What are the main changes to the site?

The site upgrade means you no longer need to have flash running on your computer to place an order. In addition, the site is faster and easier to use and the checkout and payment process is more streamlined. 

 

Are all products available on the updated site?

All photo printing products are available on the new site.

There are some personalised gifting products that are still to be added to the updated site and we hope to have them available very soon.

Can I still order products that haven’t been added to the updated site?

Yes, however, to complete your order you’ll automatically be directed to the old site. This means you need to have Flash running on your computer. We are working on having these products available on the updated site very soon.

 

Are my previously saved projects still saved?

Yes. All projects are still saved and can be accessed using the “link to the old site” which can be found at the top right of the home page.

 

How do I find previously saved projects?

 

Click on “Link to old site” which can be found at the top right of the home page. This will take you to our old site where you’ll be able to login and access your saved projects.

Note: Previously saved projects will not show up when you login on our updated site.

 

Can I order from my mobile phone?

Yes. Our updated site is mobile-friendly, meaning you can order your photos in your mobile web browser or by downloading the fotofinish app from the App Store or Google Play.

 

Do you have an App?

Yes. The fotofinish app allows you to print photos and personalise gifts direct from your mobile phone. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Having the app on your phone also allows for easy photo transfer when using the photo kiosks in Warehouse Stationery stores.

 

How do I upload the photos I want to print?

Simply choose the photo product you want to order, then click “shop now”. You’ll then be able to drag and drop your photo files into the browser or select “upload files”.

 

Has the checkout and payment process changed?

The checkout and payment process has been streamlined so it’s faster than ever to order your photos and personalised gifts. Simply add your order to the cart and follow the checkout process. To add more photos or photo gifts to your order select “continue shopping”
