Warehouse Stationery will be offering contactless ‘Click & Collect’ on photo print orders only. All other Fotofinish product will be home delivery.
How will the service work?
You can place a contactless ‘Click & Collect’ order at Fotofinish.co.nz and select the store you’d like to pick up from. You will be notified via email and text when your order is ready. There will be a pick-up point outside the store where you can provide your order number and collect your items in a safe and contactless way. Please bring your order number and the surname associated to the order along with your ID.
Which stores will the service be available at?
Please refer to our website www.warehousestationery.co.nz for store service information. Some stores will not be offering the contactless ‘Click & Collect’ service. These stores are Warehouse Stationery Glenfield, Lunn Ave, Levin, Lower Hutt, Auckland City, Royal Oak, Wellington City and The Warehouse Cambridge, Feilding, Papamoa and Greymouth.
What is the benefit of contactless ‘Click & Collect’ over home delivery?
We wanted to offer Kiwis another way to shop safely as we transition into Alert Level 3. While we can’t open our stores during this time, we can offer another safe and secure way for people to print photos without a delivery charge.
How long will it take from ordering to collection for a Print & Copy Centre orders?
Contactless ‘Click & Collect’ only applies to photo orders. Orders will be ready within 24 hours subject to order size. You will be sent an email when your order is ready to collect.
Will contactless ‘Click & Collect’ be any faster than normal delivery?
Within this alert level we cannot guarantee contactless ‘Click & Collect’ will be faster due to the restrictions. While there is no guarantee, contactless Click & Collect means that the overloaded courier system is not used.
How will you notify customers that their orders are ready for collection?
You can usually get your photo order within the same day if you order before 2pm.. We will email you when your order is ready to be collected.
How will customers be identified at the point of collection?
Photo ID will be required. Please bring your order number and the surname associated to the order along with your ID.
What form of ID do you accept?
ID types we accept are: Driver's Licence, Passport, Police ID or Armed Forces ID. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Card, AMEX, and NZ EFTPOS cards provided they have the customer's name imprinted and a signature.
Is there a limit on products which can be ordered and collected?
There is no limit at this stage.
Will your store teams be provided with PPE gear?
Yes. PPE will be available to those that want to use it. There will also be strict hygiene and safe distancing requirements in line with our policy and the Ministry of Health guidelines.
How will safety be ensured for contactless ‘Click & Collect’ under level 3?
We have a PPE, Hygiene and Safe Distancing Policy that is in line with government guidance on operating safely under alert level 3. Under level 3, stores offering contactless ‘Click & Collect’ will:
- Practice safe distancing at the contactless ‘Click & Collect’ collection point. To support distancing there will be barriers, signage and other equipment.
- Ensure surfaces are cleaned down each time a transaction has been completed;
- Any two person lifts will be permitted only if team members use gloves and face masks to complete this task.
Is the contactless ‘Click & Collect’ option free?
Yes this is free for Photo Printing orders
Can someone else collect my order for me?
If you would like someone to collect your contactless ‘Click & Collect’ on your behalf, you will need to ensure they have your order number and surname. They may be asked to provide ID.
What payment types can I use?
We currently accept the following credit cards:

- You can also pay using PayPal and internet banking through POLi.
Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
If you would like to cancel your contactless Fotofinish ‘Click & Collect’ order, please email us at email@example.com and be sure to include your order number.
